Hello,
I’m B and welcome to Green & Leithy- my plant based food blog that explores the rich and amazing world of flavours. Everything i create is Vegan but most importantly, delicious.
I like to think of myself as a culinary magician or scientist. Sometimes my food is wild, other times simple, but regardless of the dish i always like to add that little something extra- the Green & Leithy twist.
Thank you for stopping by and i do hope you enjoy,
xxxx

Interesting antithesis to my post-vegetrarian life! That said, despite my apparent obsession with venison and goose, I do include vegetarian recipes reasonably regularly, bear with me! Look forward to reading more of your posts. Tracey

I’d like a recipe for a wholesome nann bread that I can enjoy with my super delicious curry (the one you’re about to make me!), maybe even something suitable for wraps? i really really like your pizza dough recipe (with polenta, stuffed crust- oh my word- must be tried next day with VINTAGE cheese and chilli, BOOM-YA!) that was delicious. you are wonderful xxxx

Hi Rebecca, I just want you to know that I really appreciate your continued presence on my blog. It’s a tough business 🙂 , this blogging stuff. I know I’m learning tons about issues that are important to me, but I it’s nice to know that others are finding something useful there.

Oh your so lovely. I love your blog and specifically its honesty. I love to both document and read about other’s trials and tribulations in the kitchen/ life. I’ve been doing a fair bit of research into making my own yoghurt/ cheese and you’ve definitely kept me encouraged.
Keep up the good work love
